Estimates, not guarantees. Any delivery timeframes provided (including “7–14 business days”) are estimates only and may vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier capacity. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Third-party fulfilment. Many orders are fulfilled by trusted drop-shipping partners. Dispatch and transit times are outside our direct control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, VAT, and fees, which are payable by the recipient. Customs processing can extend delivery times.

Address accuracy. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery where incorrect or incomplete address details were provided.

Split shipments. Items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses. Tracking may be issued per parcel where available.

Tracking information. Tracking is provided where available once an item has been dispatched by the supplier/carrier. Not all services or destinations support end-to-end tracking.

Risk of loss. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or upon collection by you/your agent where applicable). If a parcel is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

Non-compensation for consequential loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from shipping delays or non-delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pre-orders & made-to-order. Any stated dispatch window for pre-order or made-to-order items is indicative and may change. We’ll keep you updated if timelines move.

Governing law. These shipping terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
