Orders & Payments

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) USD ($) and include UK VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or availability and to cancel/refund any affected orders.

• Payment is taken securely at checkout via third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

• Your order is confirmed only when we email you a confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

• Some products are supplied via drop-shipping partners. Delivery times vary depending on the item and supplier.

• Standard delivery is usually 7–14 business days, but this is an estimate only.

• Tracking will be provided where available.

• Delivery costs are shown at checkout and may vary by item and destination.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Returns & Refunds

• If you change your mind, you may cancel most physical product orders within 14 days of receiving them, provided items are unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, unless faulty.

• To start a return, email us at help.neurodiversetales@gmail.com with your order details.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Digital Products

• Digital items (e.g., eBooks, printables) are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute downloads without our written consent.

• You are responsible for ensuring your device/software can open the file types provided.

Intellectual Property

We shall not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay (of more than 30 days) you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. Any valid refund will be returned within 30 days of receipt of request for a refund.
